1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuizLens (hereinafter "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuizLens is a question bank management tool that allows users to capture questions via camera, organize them with tags, search for similar questions, and generate exam papers for export. The App is designed for personal educational use by students and teachers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content you capture, store, and export using the App.
  • You must not use the App to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The App offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to design, code, icons, and text) are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any user data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
